Sassool Café Launches New Seasonal Menu Collection
Raleigh, N.C. - December 2, 2025 - Sassool Café is rolling out a fresh approach to its beloved menu offerings with the introduction of a new seasonal menu, launching this December. Moving away from the single monthly featured recipe, Sassool will now present a three-month lineup of new and returning favorites each season, giving guests more opportunities to explore flavors inspired by the family’s Lebanese heritage and seasonal ingredients.
The new program allows Sassool’s culinary team to craft a collection of dishes that work together, highlight seasonal flavors, and offer guests a broader range of specials.
