STIR Debuts Fresh Menu Additions with New Cocktails and Seasonal Bites

The latest drink lineup includes a mix of craft, draft, and non-alcoholic cocktails. From reimagined classics to modern blends, each drink reflects the approach STIR is known for. Guests can enjoy options like the Perfect Peach Sangria, a refreshing draft cocktail for spring, or the STIR’ed Martini, a clean craft cocktail with broad appeal. For a zero-proof choice, the Berry Delicious offers full flavor without alcohol. In addition to the new drinks, guests will also find a few seasonal food options for spring and summer.
This season’s menu update comes on the heels of a major achievement for the STIR beverage team. Steven Huddleston, Beverage Director for SquareOne Holdings, recently earned 2nd place at the 2025 El Dorado Global Cocktail Competition Finals in Guyana — one of the most prestigious cocktail events in the world. Representing STIR, Steven competed against top bartenders globally, impressing judges with his precision-crafted “Three Arrows Manhattan,” a story-driven cocktail celebrating legacy, family, and craftsmanship.
Steven’s outstanding performance at the World Finals, following his first-place win at the East Coast regional competition, is a reflection of the passion, creativity, and technical mastery that drives STIR’s cocktail program.
“Our goal with this new cocktail menu was to really showcase the spirit of creativity that defines STIR,” says Steven Huddleston, Beverage Director for SquareOne Holdings. “Each drink is designed to be both familiar and exciting, giving guests something fresh to discover every time they visit.”
