Raleigh, NC – June 2, 2026 - Jeff’s Bagel Run, the fast-growing scratch-made bagel and craft coffee concept, will officially open the doors of its new Raleigh location on Friday, June 19, 2026, at 4251 Parklake Ave. #102, Raleigh, NC 27612 in Glenlake shopping center. The Triangle-area franchise, owned and operated by Ryan McEvoy, invites the community to join in a full week of celebrations surrounding this exciting expansion.
Jeff’s Bagel Run has quickly become a neighborhood staple known for its authentic New York-style bagels, boiled daily and served fresh with house-made spreads, creative toppings and premium coffee. Following the successful openings of locations in Wake Forest and Rolesville, the Raleigh shop marks the brand’s continued growth across the Triangle.
Ryan McEvoy, owner of Jeff’s Bagel Run’s Wake Forest, Rolesville and Raleigh locations, brings entrepreneurial drive and a heart for community to the brand. Ryan felt called to blend his business experience with mission-driven work, founding the nonprofit 127 Haven, which focuses on creating family-style support for children in need abroad. His engagement in both business and community initiatives reflects the brand’s commitment to local impact as it grows across the region.
Grand Opening Week at Jeff’s Bagel Run – Raleigh (Glenlake)
Jeff’s Bagel Run will celebrate its Raleigh debut with a series of special events and promotions throughout opening week:
Soft Opening Days:
Wednesday, June 17 and Thursday, June 18 | Doors open at 6:30 a.m.
Guests are invited to get a first taste during the soft opening, where every customer will receive a free bagel and spread. Visitors who share their experience on social media can show their post in-store to receive a coupon for a free bagel on their next visit.
Grand Opening Day:
Friday, June 19 | Doors open at 6:30 a.m.
The official opening day will feature a special raffle for guests in line at opening. One winner, drawn at 6:31 a.m., will receive a dozen bagels each month for 12 months. Guests can also enjoy a prize wheel giveaway and attend the official ribbon cutting ceremony at 9 a.m.
Opening Weekend
Saturday, June 20 and Sunday, June 21 | Doors open at 6:30 a.m.
Throughout the weekend, guests who order any large iced beverage will receive a free branded koozie, while supplies last.
Guests can enjoy Jeff’s Bagel Run’s signature lineup of freshly made bagels, house-made spreads, and craft coffee beverages beginning at 6:30 a.m. each day of opening week.
