The holidays are approaching quickly and we are always in search of the perfect party food! Sassool Cafe recently hosted a cooking demonstration at Southern Season in Chapel Hill, NC where they shared many delicious recipes; two of which we think would be delicious at your holiday parties! Their Fried Cauliflower with Garlic Tahini Dip is a scrumptious finger food and their Hummus with Warm Roasted Nuts will have your guests asking for the recipe. Enjoy!

After months of renovation to the former ān cuisines space in Cary, NC, kō•än announces an opening date of November 1, 2019. Sassool Mediterranean Cafe Hosts a Food Blogger "Hummus Mix Off" in Celebration of Owner's Mother
To honor and celebrate Cecilia Saleh's birthday, Sassool recently hosted a"Hummus Mix Off" and party on August 3, 2019. Cecilia is owner Mounir Saleh's mother who brought authentic recipes with her when she immigrated from Lebanon with her family to Raleigh in the 1970s. The name of the restaurant, Sassool, is the nickname that Cecilia was called by her father when she was a child.
