We Here Eat Together, the Sassool Sisters & Chef Isaac Duque Collaborate for an Immersive Evening of Food, Music & Live Art

RALEIGH, NC - February 19, 2026 — The Sassool Sisters and Chef Isaac Duque come together for a collaborative fusion dinner this March at FigMINT Farms in Apex transforming the event space into a vibrant celebration of food, music and culture as We Here, Eat Together.

Set against the picturesque backdrop of FigMINT Farms, the evening will showcase a thoughtfully curated menu blending bold Latin flavors with the traditional flavors of Mediterranean cuisine. Guests will experience live cooking throughout the night, storytelling woven into the dining and cocktails paired with live music during cocktail hour.

Adding to the immersive atmosphere, artist Brittany Fisher will create a live canvas painting during the event, capturing the spirit of the evening in real time.

Designed as more than just a dinner, the collaboration celebrates community, culture and connection through food; bringing people together around one shared table at the stunning pine farm setting.
