Sassool Announces Upcoming Founders' Dinner and Anniversary Celebration
To celebrate their Lebanese roots and three year anniversary, the Saleh family behind the popular Sassool Mediterranean Cafe locations is hosting a Founders' Dinner along with a weekend-long Anniversary Celebration.
The Founders' Dinner will kick off the festivities on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at 6:30pm. Tickets are $40 per person for a four-course dinner at Sassool Mediterranean Cafe’s Cary location, 1347 Kildaire Farm Road, Cary, NC 27511. Guests are invited to experience Lebanese hospitality at its finest and meet the founders of Sassool, Mounir Saleh and his two daughters Noelle and Simone.
The four-course menu is as follows:
Course 1:
Pumpkin Hummus served with Falafel Chips and other dippers
Course 2:
Molokhia and an Fall Flavored Kepsi Rice
Course 3:
Garlic Green Beans with Grape Tomatoes and Mint and a Citrus Seabass with Pine Nuts and Tahini
Course 4:
Creme Caramel served with Fresh Fruit

The Anniversary Celebration will begin at Sassool's Cary location on Saturday, December 1, 2018 from 6pm to 9pm. Enjoy live Middle Eastern music, belly dancing, gluten-free dessert samples from JP's Pastry, and wine sampling with Ararat Import/Export Company. A second celebration will take place at Sassool's North Raleigh location, 9650 Strickland Rd., on December 2, 2018 from 6pm to 9pm with the same features. The event is free of charge and all are welcome!
