Social Media Manager
Duties:
1. Clients & Social Media Management:
You will be assigned no more than 10 different clients to manage on social media depending on size and time requirements of each account with a full time load. For a part time load, you will have no more than 5 clients. Tabletop Media Group has a formula for time requirements to ensure workload is balanced.
Social media management of all client accounts will be expected: this includes scheduling all social media posts via Cloud Campaign, responding to messages, reviews and comments, and interactions + engagement. Real-time posting is also encouraged on accounts (i.e. Instagram Stories, Facebook Stories, etc.).
Each client will vary and can include the following social networks:
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business, Yelp and additional ones in the future depending on the social media landscape
You will be provided with a social media checklist for clients (includes passwords, key contacts, client's website, etc.), which is all located in Basecamp
Social Media Manager must schedule all social media posts at least 1 week out (posts are due to the Creative Director by deadlines set in Basecamp)
2. Photo Shoots:
Social Media Manager is expected to visit clients on a quarterly basis for photo shoots and will arrange photo shot lists ahead of time + photo shoot dates/times directly with Tabletop Media Group’s photographer.
Photos are property of Tabletop Media Group and should only be used for clients, no other purposes.
3. Social Media Reporting:
Social Media Manager will create social media reports for each of their Tabletop Media Group clients on a monthly basis and send to the client.
Expectations:Meet at minimum of 1 time each week with the Tabletop Team virtually or in person.
Virtual meetings can include a weekly team call, weekly content call, check-ins, etc.
You must be willing to take phone calls during working hours (Monday-Friday) with other team members (8am to 5pm, with exception of a 1 hour break) and clients. For part-time, please chat with our Creative Director or Vice President about your schedule.
Complete all of your scheduled social media posts and interaction requirements each week, as well as other project deadlines designated in your Basecamp account.
Attend client events and meetings (notice will be given, some weekends and evenings will be required).
Attend quarterly photo shoots for social media clients and create shot lists at least 5 days in advance of all photo shoots.
Respond to all client emails (Monday-Friday) in a timely manner (2 hours or less, unless out of office at a photo shoot/meeting or waiting on guidance from another Tabletop Team member).
Send clients social media post approval links by their required weekly deadlines designated in Basecamp.
Meet all monthly client contract requirements (i.e. number of social media posts to be created each month and engagement). Contract requirements are located in the Basecamp account.
Dine or visit with clients once per quarter outside of scheduled photo shoots (i.e. a dinner with friends, date night, hotel stay, etc.). Reimbursed by Tabletop Media Group when itemized receipts are submitted.
