The Morgan Street Food Hall & Market is a new lifestyle dining concept, featuring a partnering confluence of local favorite eateries and restaurants as well as food retailers.

The new Sassool location will offer a condensed menu featuring popular menu items like falafel and shawarma, along with grab-and-go options like hummus, pita bread and tabouli. Several vegetarian, vegan and gluten free items will also be available.

In 2011, after working for 34 years in the bakery and restaurant businesses, Mounir decided to venture out and open his own restaurant in north Raleigh. Sassool, a nickname for his mother Cecilia, is meant to honor her authentic Lebanese recipes that were used to build the restaurant’s menu. Three years later in 2015, Mounir opened a second location of Sassool in Cary. Both Sassool locations in north Raleigh and Cary offer a full menu featuring sandwiches, platters, salads, sides, pies, desserts and daily specials.

Connect with Sassool on FacebookTwitter and Instagram.
