State of Confusion and STIR Announce November Charity Month with Partner Isabella Santos Foundation
Sister Restaurants State of Confusion and STIR will be donating a portion of their food and drink proceeds to local Charlotte charity for the month of November.
Charlotte, NC - October 30, 2025 – Popular Charlotte sister restaurants, State of Confusion and STIR, are proud to announce the return of their annual November Charity Month, once again benefiting the Isabella Santos Foundation (ISF). For the third consecutive year, both restaurants will donate a portion of proceeds from all food and drink sales throughout November to support ISF’s mission of improving treatment options and outcomes for children with rare pediatric cancers.
The Isabella Santos Foundation, a Charlotte-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit, funds groundbreaking research and clinical trials for cancers like neuroblastoma—an underfunded and often overlooked disease that claimed the life of Isabella Santos at just seven years old. Through its advocacy and fundraising efforts, ISF continues to make a tangible difference in the lives of children and families affected by pediatric cancer.
Donation efforts at both restaurants will include a portion of proceeds from all food and beverage sales, along with optional guest donations available throughout the month. Johan Carcamo, General Manager at State of Confusion, and Nate Adaczyk, General Manager at STIR, are leading the initiative at their respective locations as part of the company’s ongoing Charity Partners Program.
“Supporting our community has always been at the heart of what we do,” said Carcamo. “This partnership allows us to use our platform to raise awareness and funds for an incredible cause,” added Adaczyk.
Guests dining at either location this November can enjoy their favorite cocktails and dishes while supporting ISF’s lifesaving work. QR codes will be available at every table for guests who wish to contribute additional donations. As part of the monthlong initiative, both restaurants will also host a Black Friday Brunch on November 28, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with proceeds benefiting the Isabella Santos Foundation.
