Today we are sharing a sticky rib recipe made with Harris Robinette Beef, perfect for summertime created by Chef Drew Smith of the soon to be opening, kō•än in Cary, NC. kō•än, opening in Cary this August, plans to host a summer-long pop-up series at sister restaurant so•ca in Cameron Village. The pop-up features unique cocktails and small plates that diners can expect to find on the upcoming kō•än menu. Executive Chef Drew Smith and his talented team plan to launch the kō•än pop-up this Friday, June 28th at so•ca, located at 2130 Clark Ave, Raleigh, NC 27605. The regular menu will still be available at so•ca, along with the added kō•än pop-up items.

You're invited to join Asali Desserts & Cafe, located in Cary's MacGregor Village, for a special Grand Opening Celebration this Saturday! MacGregor Village is hosting a party this Saturday, June 29th from 5pm to 9pm to showcase their brand new renovations. kō•än, opening in early August, seeks to bring stories, food and people back to the former ān cuisines space in Cary, NC. With a focus on humble, tranquil, “food for thought,” kō•än will bring a renewed energy and feel to Cary’s dining scene. kō•än’s menu is focused on sharing food that celebrates the unsung heroes of Southeast Asian cuisine. Under the Oak Farm is honored to present Roots for Reece: Chefs Picnic 2019 that will take place at Under the Oak Farm in Clayton, N.C. on Sunday, June 23rd at 4:30pm. This charity benefit will donate 100% of proceeds to the North Carolina Harm Reduction Coalition, a non-profit leading the way in opiate overdose prevention and education.

STIR, opening in North Hills this June, sets focus on the inventive, the artisan and the local. Partly known for their artisanal ice that has been hand-cut to complement each one of their imaginative craft cocktails, STIR is bringing a new feel to Raleigh’s cocktail and dining scene. STIR centers itself on fresh ingredients, creatively using what’s in season. STIR will collaborate with farmers and bakers within a 100 mile radius of Raleigh to support a made-from-scratch cocktail and food menu. Just in time for beautiful spring weather, Sassool Mediterranean Cafe is excited to announce the launch of new menu and grocery items. From the “kitchen sink” salad to pick-one platters, Sassool is doing a spring cleaning of their menu and making some delicious new changes.
