Carolina Brewery Announces Spring Shrimp Boil and Return of Sky Peach Kolsch

Pittsboro, NC - April 7, 2026 - Carolina Brewery is welcoming the return of spring with its annual Shrimp Boil on Saturday, April 18th from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at its Pittsboro brewpub location. The event will serve as the official kickoff to the brewery’s seasonal live music series and the highly anticipated return of its fan-favorite Sky Peach Kölsch.

Guests can enjoy a classic lowcountry-style shrimp boil featuring royal red shrimp, alongside cold pours of Sky Peach Kölsch, a refreshing seasonal release that signals the start of warmer days. The celebration will also highlight Carolina Brewery’s new Western Style BBQ sauce, adding a fresh twist to their lineup of sauces and rubs just in time for grilling season.

Live music will take place throughout the day, with Mondo Guitaro performing from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., followed by The 8:59’s from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., creating a full day of food, beer, and entertainment.

This annual event marks the beginning of Carolina Brewery’s spring and summer programming, bringing together community, craft beer, and local music on their laid-back outdoor patio.
