Carolina Brewery Announces Eighth Annual Oyster Roast and November Charity Month Partners

Carolina Brewery will host an oyster roast at their Pittsboro Brewery Restaurant to help raise funds for the North Carolina Coastal Federation and Outer Banks Forever.

Pittsboro/Chapel Hill, NC - October 27, 2025 - Carolina Brewery is thrilled to announce its Eighth Annual Oyster Roast on Saturday, November 15th from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at their Pittsboro Brewery Restaurant. This highly anticipated annual event will once again benefit the North Carolina Coastal Federation and Outer Banks Forever.

Admission is free, and freshly steamed or raw oysters will be available for purchase by the half-dozen or dozen. The oysters, sourced from North Carolina’s own Ghost Fleet Oyster Co., will be served by the oyster farmers themselves, offering a true farm-to-table experience.

To complement the oysters, guests can enjoy Carolina Brewery’s award-winning lineup of handcrafted beers, including fan favorites like Stargazer IPA, alongside a selection of seasonal and classic brews.

In addition, the full Carolina Brewery menu will be available throughout the event. Guests can enjoy live music featuring The 8:59’s from 12:30 p.m.-3:00 p.m and The Petty Thieves from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The Pittsboro Brewery Restaurant is located at 120 Lowes Dr, Pittsboro, NC 27312-8306, United States.

November Charity Month
Throughout the entire month of November, a portion of all sales will be donated to the North Carolina Coastal Federation and Outer Banks Forever.
