Barsa New Indian Hosts “Bourbon + Bites” Pairing Event with Cook’s Mill Whiskey and Crank Arm Brewing
One-night-only tasting event highlights local bourbon and innovative Indian small bites
Durham, NC - March, 12, 2026 -Barsa New Indian is bringing together local craft producers for a special evening of bold flavors and curated pairings during “Bourbon + Bites,” a one-night-only tasting event on Wednesday, March 19th from 5–7 p.m. at the downtown Durham restaurant.
The event will feature Cook’s Mill Whiskey and Crank Arm Brewing alongside chef-driven small bites from the Barsa kitchen. Guests will enjoy a guided tasting experience with thoughtfully paired pours, including:
Cook’s Mill Bourbon served neat
A signature bourbon cocktail crafted with Cook’s Mill Whiskey
Crank Arm Brewing’s special release “Attack Position” Imperial Stout, aged in Cook’s Mill barrels and brewed with Videri Chocolate cocoa nibs
Each beverage will be paired with curated small bites designed to complement the bold flavors of the bourbon and barrel-aged stout.
