Rolesville, NC - March 5, 2026 - Jeff’s Bagel Run, the fast-growing scratch-made bagel and craft coffee concept, will officially open the doors of its new Rolesville location on Friday, March 6, 2026 at 101 Rolesville Ctr Rd Suite 115, Rolesville, NC 27571. The Triangle-area franchise, owned and operated by Ryan McEvoy, invites the community to join in the celebration of this exciting expansion.
Jeff’s Bagel Run has quickly become a neighborhood staple known for its authentic New York-style bagels boiled daily and served fresh with house-made spreads, creative toppings and premium coffee. Following soft opening earlier in the week, the grand opening celebration kicks off with special giveaways and a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11:30 a.m.
Ryan McEvoy, owner of Jeff’s Bagel Run’s Wake Forest and Rolesville locations, brings entrepreneurial drive and a heart for community to the brand. Ryan felt called to blend his business experience with mission-driven work founding the nonprofit 127 Haven focused on creating family-style support for children in need abroad.
